PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between organizational communication and job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the theory used is the human theory of Elton Mayo and the discrepancy theory purposed by Porter. The research method used is quantitive descriptive and explanative. The population and sample in this study were employees who worked at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Province, the techniques used in this study were questionnaries, study documentation, and observation. The results of this study prove that there is a significant effect of 61.3% between organizational communication on employee job satisfaction.
