KEPATUHAN INDONESIA DALAM PENERAPAN PARIS AGREEMENT 2015 PADA SEKTOR ENERGI
This study was conducted to see how Indonesia's compliance in implementing an international agreement in its national laws and policies, in this case the Paris Agreement 2015 which Indonesia has ratified since 2016. This study focuses on Indonesia's compliance with the energy sector due to Indonesia's still large dependence on utilizing and developing conventional energy to meet the national energy supply. This study uses the concept of compliance of a state in an international regime that was proposed by Sarah M. Mitchel and Paul R. Hensel as the rationale. The method used in this study uses a descriptive-qualitative concept where the author explains the phenomena/problems that occur in accordance with the data that the authors have collected and described in accordance with the author's analysis in accordance with the theory that the author uses. The data sources used in this study were obtained from secondary data sources in the form of books, journals, research articles, official websites, news websites, and reports from related parties. Data collection techniques using library techniques. The results obtained from this study show that Indonesia's compliance is currently on the side of Active Compliance, where Indonesia is trying to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in its national energy sector with various regulations and policies related to electricity and play an active role in providing various progress reports that it has on international forums.
