The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of the Adiwiyata program implementers at the Environmental Service Department of Ogan Ilir Regency during the COVID 19 pandemic. The background of this research based by experience during the COVID 19 pandemic when the implementation of the Adwiyata program experienced a degradation with the low interest of schools to participate in the Adiwiyata program organized by the Environmental Service of Ogan Ilir Regency. With the absence of schools from participating in the Adiwiyata program that gives impacts on districts that unable to send delegates to take part in Adiwiyata program activities at the Provincial and National levels, therefore it is necessary to examine How the Performance of Adiwiyata Program Implementers in the Midst of the COVID 19 Pandemic by using performance measurement theory from Mitcell which consists of four dimensions including, Quality of Work, Prompntness, Initiative, Capability and Communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results showed that the refocusing of the budget and the distraction of socialization methods is the cause of degrdation in the performance of the Adiwiyata program implementers and the budget they had so that it gives impact on the interest of schools to be able to participate in the Adiwiyata program. The results of this study recommend that the implementation of the Adwiyata program in the last two years during the COVID-19 pandemic could be used as an evaluation of the performance of the Adwiyata program implementers in order to create actions that can attract schools’ interest to participate in the Adiwiyata program, so that there is no absence of participation in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in that year.
