Environmental care and buildings in Bukit Siguntang still seem lacking in cleanliness management and the buildings look worn and rundown. There is still a lack of readiness from the implementors in preparing all the technical needs for maintenance for the preservation of Bukit Siguntang. This research is entitled "Implementation of Cultural Conservation Preservation Policy in the Environmental and Building Maintenance Program of Bukit Siguntang in South Sumatra Province". The purpose of this research is to describe how the implementation of cultural heritage conservation policies in the environmental and building maintenance program of Bukit Siguntang in South Sumatra Province. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses George Edward III's theory of Public Policy Implementation which has four factors that can influence policy implementation, including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results of the study show that the implementation carried out by the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Taman Wisata Kerajaan Sriwijaya has not run optimally and there are still some that have not been achieved. Policies that are not optimal are dominated by two factors, namely the resource factor and the bureaucratic structure. Meanwhile, communication and disposition have shown a fairly good quality.
