This research is entitled Analysis of Changes in Activities of the Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesia (GMNI) DPC Ogan Ilir Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the changes in the activities of the Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesia (GMNI) DPC Ogan Ilir organization before and during the Covid-19 pandemic and what was the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on changes in the activities of the Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesia (GMNI) DPC Ogan Ilir organization, so it is necessary to do research on how the activities of the GMNI DPC Ogan Ilir organization in dealing with the implementation of the PSBB which can hinder work programs that were prepared before the pandemic can be carried out during a pandemic by observing health protocols. This study uses qualitative research methods with interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of the research on Analysis of Changes in Organizational Activities of the Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesia (GMNI) DPC Ogan Ilir before and during the Covid-19 pandemic organizational activities were carried out face-to-face, both regeneration, discussions, and meetings. activities during the pandemic in accordance with health and safety procedures, Work programs designed for group activities are postponed until circumstances support these activities. The work program that was not implemented was the cadre of elementary and middle levels and routine activities such as hearings and socialization were limited. The positive impact of the pandemic on the GMNI DPC Ogan Ilir organization is that the cadres are more creative in utilizing technology and managing time during the pandemic, while the negative impact is that the implementation of online activities often experiences technical problems so that the cadres have minimal participation.
