PENERAPAN PERAWATAN PAYUDARA KOMBINASI DENGAN PIJAT OKETANI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF
Background: Breastfeeding is important for child development. However, in some cases beastfeeding becomes ineffective when the milk output is not smooth. The results of observations in the Enim 2 inpatient room, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang obtained data showing that mothers postpartum vaginally and sectio caesarea experience differences in the smooth flow of breast milk, mother post sectio caesarea tend to experience breast milk insufficiency. The results if research conducted by Rahmi in 2020 obtained result which stated that as many as 38 post martem patient sectio caesarea ecperienced breastfeeding that was not smooth and only 1 patient post sectio caesarea whose breast milk is smooth. The results of the study of journals, breast care and oketani massage were able to facilitate the production and expenditure of breast milk. Destination: This study aims to determine the applcation of combined breast care with oketani massage on the implementation of nursing care practices that are focused on patientspost sectio caesareawith nursing problems ineffective breastfeeding. Method: The application of nursing care carried out on three managed patients in the form of nursing care forpost sectio caesareawith the same nursing problem, namely the problem of ineffective breastfeeding nursing with the application of breast care combined with oketani massage using professional standards (SDKI, SIKI, and SLKI), journal studies, andevidence- based nursing. Conclusion: Breast care and oketani massage were given for 2 days, once a day with a duration of 20-30 minutes. The results of the evaluation of the three patients found that the problem of ineffective breastfeeding in 2 patients had been resolved, but 1 patient had not been completely resolved due to non-compliance in carrying out the treatment program.
