SISTEM PELAYANAN PATROLI JALAN TOL PALEMBANG – INDRALAYA
This study discusses "Patrol Services system for the Palembang-Indralaya Toll Road". This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques that include observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The concept used in this research is the concept of Service from Parasuraman et al. The results of this study can be seen that the performance of several Palindra Toll Road works will be taken into consideration, because there are still many obstacles in terms of facilities caused by several indicators in the dimensions, namely, Tangibility, Realiability, Responsiveness, Assurance (Attitude) and Empathy which are still not implemented in accordance with service standards.
