PERBEDAAN EFEKTIVITAS PERMAINAN MPASI KUARTET DAN MEDIA AUDIO-VISUAL TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN MOTIVASI IBU DALAM PEMBERIAN MAKAN PADA ANAK USIA 6-24 BULAN.
Meeting the nutritional needs of children aged 6-24 months is very important for growth and development compared to other ages. Health education methods to increase mother's knowledge and motivation are quartet card simulation games and audio-visual media. Quartet MPASI game media and audio-visual media have similarities and differences. The similarity is that it involves the senses of sight and the senses of hearing, while the difference is that the MPASI quartet game media includes the small group method of simulation games, while the audio-visual media includes the method of stimulating the audio-visual senses. This study aims to determine the differences in the effectiveness of the quartet MPASI game and audio-visual media on mother's knowledge and motivation in feeding children aged 6-24 months. The type of quantitative research used is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 48 mothers who were divided into 3 groups. The data collection method used a knowledge and motivation questionnaire. Statistical analysis in both treatment groups showed p value 0.05), which means that there was no significant difference between the quartet MPASI game group and the audio-visual media. Quartet MPASI games and audio-visual media can be used as educational media to increase mother's knowledge and motivation about feeding children aged 6-24 months.
