The objectives of the research are 1) analyze the influences of production’s factors on highland vegetable production to production 2) to know the production elasticity area of highland vegetable farming 3) to measure the efficiency of production’s factors to the highland vegetable farming 4) analyze the influence of production to income. This research was conducted in Segamit village an Cahaya Alam village sub district of Semendo Darat Ulu Muara Enim city. The survey and data collection were carried out during Desember 2006 to January 2007. The location was determined purposively. The technique of study was cencus. The first and the second objectives were answered by using Cobb-Douglas formula and the third objectives was analyzed using efficiency formula. The result of this research showed that coefficient determination coefficient (R2) of cabbage farming is 0,939 and 0,962 on mustard green farming. It’s meant that 93,9 percent the independent variables can descript the dependent variable for cabbage production. Meanwhile on mustard green farming, 96,2 percent .the independent variable can descript the dependent variable. The research showed that of cabbage farming and mustard green farming is Rp. 1 the revenue showed that the revenue of cabbage farming and mustard green farming i s Rp32.311.700,00 per hectare and Rp 19.979.300,00 per hectare. The total cost of cabbage farming and mustard green farming is equal to Rpl6.011.136,33 per hectare and Rpl4.633.326,50 per hectare. The Income of cabbage farming and mustard green farming is Rp 16.090.563,67 per hectare and Rp5.315.973,50 per hectare. The t probability of production’s factors farm, manure and urea are 0,13, 0,28, and 0,137, is meant that there was positive influence on cabbage production. On the other hand, the t probability of production’s factors seed, TSP, labour and pesticides is equal to - 0,254, - 0,27, - 0,128, and -0,033, it is meant that there was negative influence on cabbage production. On mustard green farming showed that t probability of production’s factors farm, manure and urea is equal to 0,02, 0,06, and 0,12, it is meant that there was positive influence on mustad green farming. On the other hand, the t probability of production’s factor seed, TSP, labour and pesticides is equal to -0,069, -0,03, -0,069, and -0,02, it is meant that there was negative influence on mustard green production. The research showed that elasticity area of farm on cabbage farming and mustard green was included in first area, manure and urea was included in second area, seed, TSP, labour and pesticides was included in third area. The usage of production s factors both on cabbage farming and mustard green showed that farm, manure and urea are not efflcient economically yet, on the other hand seed, TSP, labour and pesticides is inefflcient economically.
