Introduction: Infertility is a problem in couples who have managed to obtain a pregnaney. Tnis study was conducteu to deiermine ine reiationship of obesity, women’s age, menstrual cycle, age at menarche and infertility in outpatient women at obstetric and gynecology polyclinic of general hospital center Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang period 1 January 2011-31 December 2013. Methods: This study was an analytic survey with cross sectional aesign. Samples were selected by quota sampling teclmique and obtained 158 samples. Then the data were analyzed using Chi-Square test and logistic regression. Results: The Chi-Square test result on obesity, women’s age, menstrual cycle, age at menarche and infertility show that p values for each other are 0,115 (OR=0,632), 0,002 (OR=l,757), 0,006 (OR=2,114), and 0,514 (OR=l,354). From the logistic regression obtained the value of exp (B) for obesity is 0,396, women’s age is 3,541 and women’s menstrual cycle is 10,379. Conclusion: There is a relationship of old aged and also menstrual cycle disorder to infertility. The faetor that most affect the fertility status of respondents from the most infiuence on infertility to the weakesi efTect was menstrual cycies, women's age, and obesity.
