This research was motivated by the State Civil Apparatus who had not been disciplined with regulations regarding health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Secretariat of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province, especially in the General Section. This study aims to find out about the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic in the General Section at the Secretariat of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province. Discipline analysis uses disciplinary indicators according to Lateiner. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the State Civil Apparatus at the Secretariat of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province, especially in the general section, can be declared undisciplined because there are still some employees who are not disciplined with health protocols in the workplace. Then the suggestions in this study are the State Civil Apparatus in the General Section of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat, to immediately comply with and implement regulations regarding health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to prevent the spread and transmission of the Covid-19 virus in the workplace.
