This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the application of information systems based on Electronic Financial Report Reconciliation Applications (e-Rekon and Lk) at KPPN Palembang City. The problem is motivated by indications of problems, namely uploads fail, system processes take too long, and excessive results of recon or bars are not formed (errors). The theory used is the theory of actuating or application according to George R Terry which includes directing, commanding, leading and coordination. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used includes observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the application of e-Rekon and LK applications was seen from the directing aspect, namely there was direction in the form of socialization and providing information in the form of consultations via whatsapp and broadcast. The commanding aspect has been carried out by giving orders in the form of uploading schedules and sanctions if they are late. Leading aspects such as guidance activities, SOPs in the form of technical guidance on the application of SOPs on e-Rekon applications and the last aspect of Coordinating in the form of inter-sectoral communication, namely in the form of quality control group activities and the division of labor. Communication has been carried out well, while the division of labor is not considered good because there is no specific task in the division of labor so that there is overlap. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of e-Rekon and LK applications at KPPN Palembang City had mostly been realized, but there were still some aspects that were not good or not quite right. Efforts that must be made by the KPPN of Palembang City are in the form of providing a specific division of labor in each section, especially the vera section on the application of e-Rekon and LK Applications.
