Tooth extraction is the process of alveolar dental expenses. Revocation or tooth extraction is a surgical operative action quite often done in the practice of dentistry that involves the bone tissne and soft tissues oral cavity. Blood pressnre is the pressnre of blood against artery walis when blood is pnmpedfrom the heart to the network. Increased blood pressnre diiring dental treatment have been studied to evaluate medical risks. Research conducted within this study included descriptive research with a survey method. Sample data were analyzed using paired T-test method. The resnlts showed a large average dijference in systolic blood pressnre before and after tooth extraction was 11.17 mmHg, and the average dijference in diastolic blood pressnre before and after tooth extraction is 7.50 mmHg. Blood pressnre average systolic and diastolic pressures before and after extraction in men higher than women. These resnlts prove the existence of significant differences in systolic blood pressnre and diastolic blood pressnre before and after the extraction procedure.
