The aim of the study is determining whether there is a role of adversity quotient toward fear of failure on final year Bidikmisi students. This study hypothesizes that there is a role of adversity quotient toward fear of failure. The population in this study were final year Bidikmisi students at Sriwijaya University. The sample of this study was 150 people who were used for data collection, and used 30 as the trial participants. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The study measurements are fear of failure scale that refers to aspects of Conroy (2001), and the adversity quotient scale that refers to the adversity quotient dimension according to Stoltz (2000).
