Work stress can occur to health workers during a COVID-19 pandemic as a result of a situation where when the number of patients increases, health workers have to work too hard in prevention and treatment. Symptoms of anxiety and depressive disorders are psychological conditions of the most common long-term work stress symptoms. The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological symptoms of stress that occurred in health workers in Asia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the Systematic Review method with descriptive analysis with the PICO(S) framework. Search literature using online databases Proquest, Science Direct and Springerlink with publication years 2019 to 2021. Quality assessment uses the JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist for Analytical Cross Sectional Studies. There were 56 articles that matched the inclusion criteria from the number of records identified in the initial literature search of 12814 articles. The results of a systematic review carried out are that there is a relationship between age, gender, profession and tenure with psychological symptoms of work stress in health workers in Asia during the COVID-19 pandemic and there is no relationship between work shifts with psychological symptoms of work stress in health workers in Asia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of coping strategies with targets at the level of health workers and the level of health facilities is expected to reduce the risk of psychological symptoms of work stress in health workers in Asia during the COVID-19 pandemic.
