EVALUASI PELAYANAN VAKSIN COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PADANG SELASA KOTA PALEMBANG

Evaluation is an important management for the progress of a program in an organization or agency. For example the health care service that is run by the puskesmas in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has not yet ended. The output of the evaluation will later serve as a form to advance public health services. This study aims to evaluate the Covid-19 vaccine service at the Padang Tuesday Health Center in Palembang City using the CIPP evaluation method. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive research design. The informants involved in this study were 13 people with 3 (three) key informants who were health center staff implementing vaccine services and 10 people who received vaccines at the puskesmas. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data which are then analyzed using thematic analysis. This is one of the evaluation materials for the puskesmas. Suggestions that can be given based on this research are to determine the service schedule along with the maximum number of vaccine recipients per day and the puskesmas to prepare alternative strategies or cooperate with other parties to continue implementing health protocols
