HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN GIZI DAN KUALITAS KONSUMSI PANGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN KURANG ENERGI KRONIK (KEK) PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMAN 2 PRINGSEWU
Chronic energy deficiency can be experienced by young women because including nutrition risk groups. Basic health research 2018 indicates that the high prevalence of CED wealthy women is experienced by 15-19th years old (36,3%). While in Pringsewu regency, prevalence of insident CED in non-pregnant wealthy women (20,37%) is higher than the Eastern Lampung regency (12,68%) or south Lampung (11,07%).The occurrence CED can be influenced by both nutrition knowledge and the quality of food consumption and can have both long and short term effects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between nutrition knowledge and quality food consumption with CED in young women at SMAN 2 Pringsewu. The study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Sample retrieval techniques are purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample in this study in young women (15-19th years old) who attended at SMAN 2 Pringsewu and had 48 people. Sample calculation uses a hypothetical proof formula of two different proportions. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The bivariate analysis in this study uses Fisher’s exact test. Studies have shown that there is no significant link between nutrition knowledge (p-value=0,407 and PR=2,600) and quality food consumption (p-value=0,292 and PR=3,615) with CED. Based of the results of the study, its hoped that will improve young women nutrition knowledge and quality food consumption, one of which is through a teenage posyandu.
