The aim of the study is determining whether there is a role of fear of negative evaluation toward body dissatisfaction on adolescents who are on diet. This study hypothesizes that there is a role of fear of negative evaluation toward body dissatisfaction on adolescents who are on diet. This study used 191 adolescents who are on diet, also used 55 adolescents who are on diet as the trial participants. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The study measurements are body dissatisfaction scale refer to aspects by Rosen, Reiter & Orosan (1995) and fear of negative evaluation standart scale by David Watson and Ronald Friend (1969).
