This study was conducted 631 samples. Result: The results of this study showed that of 631 study subjects, 206 (32.6%) students had low back pain. Analysis using Chi-square obtained p value of 0.25 (p> 0.05) indicated that physical activity has a non-significant association with low back pain. However, low physical activity (POR = 1.33; CI95% = 0.925-1,920) had a risk of 1.33 times for low back pain compared to moderate physical activity. But this result is not significant at the 95% confidence interval. Association between physical activity and lower back pain adjusted by age, sex, and body mass index, subjects with mild physical activity were 1.13 times suffering from lower back pain compared to subjects with moderate physical activity.
