Kepahiang Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency located in Highland of Barisan Hill. People who live in Kepahiang Sub-district were consuming drink water from well water. Fluor contained of well water in highlands generally tend to be low so that people who consuming well water expected has high risk of dental caries. Dental caries is an infection disease that could damage teeth structure. def-t index was commonly used to indicate deciduous dental caries issue. The purpose of the study is to find out correlation between deciduous dental caries status and fluor level of well water in Kepahiang Sub-district. This was analitycal cross sectional observasional study. The research was located at Kepahiang Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency on July ll-lTh, 2016. Ninety six children aged 4 until 5 year as a sample, chosen by purposive sample method. Deciduous dental caries and fluor level of well water was examinated. The study output showed average deciduous dental caries issue of child consuming well water is 7,08 (high catergory) and average fluor level in well water is 0,120 ppm (low category).
