Nowadays several methods have been developed to determine the width of maxillary anterior teeth using crcmiofacial anatomy. Intercanthal distcmce is one of facial anatomic landmarks that has been shown to have a relationship with mesiodistal width of maxillary anterior teeth in Caucasicms. Aim. The aim of this study was to determine whether a correlation exists between intercanthal distcmce and mesiodistal width of maxillary anterior teeth in Deutro Melayu sub race. Material and method. This study used nonexperimental correlation design. The total of 45 subjects were examined. Intercanthal distcmce of each subject was measured from medial angle of left eye to the right eye. The measurement of mesiodistal width was done on the study cast. Both variables were measured with digital vemier caliper with 3 times repetition. Data were cmalyzed using Pearson ’s correlation test. Results. Statistical cmalysis showed that there was correlation between intercanthal distcmce cmd mesiodistal width of anterior teeth in Deutro Melayu sub race (p
