Public perception of the covid-19 vaccination is the acceptance or response of information obtained about public knowledge regarding the covid-19 vaccination, public attitudes regarding the covid-19 vaccination and public trust regarding the covid-19 vaccination. This can happen because there are many issues that affect the information obtained by the public. The purpose of this study was to analyze Public Perceptions of Covid-19 Vaccination Services in the Gandus Health Center Work Area, Palembang City. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional design. In this study, there were 68 samples obtained from filling out offline and online questionnaires via google form. Data analysis using Fisher Exact and Simple Logistic Regression. The results of this study show that out of 68 respondents, 39 respondents (57.4%) had a negative perception of the covid-19 vaccination and 29 respondents (42.6%) had a positive perception of the covid-19 vaccination. Variables related to public perception of covid-19 vaccination are the last education variable (P = 0.000), level of knowledge (P = 0.000), attitudes (P = 0.000) and control beliefs (P = 0.000). The variables that did not have a relationship were gender (P = 0.097) and age (P = 0.007). Then the dominant variable in influencing public perception of covid-19 vaccination is the attitude variable with (P value 0.000; PR = 3.016; 95% CI = (0.517-17.608). Of the many related variables, attitude has a major influence on public perception. related to the covid-19 vaccination, therefore it is necessary to provide comprehensive and equitable information through the role of the community, government and health centers in forming a positive attitude towards the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination
