This type of research is descriptive with an ecological study design. The population group studied were 18 sub-districts in Palembang City. The study uses secondary data from the KTHIV Report of the City Health Office, while spatial data is obtained from the government website and Google Maps. The analysis process uses spatial analysis in the form of buffer analysis using QGIS. The results showed that the distribution area with a very high category of HIV cases in children and positive women was in Kemuning District. The results of the buffering analysis on HIV treatment facilities for areas with positive child cases showed the coverage area of Bukit Kecil District, Seberang Ulu I District, Kemuning District and Seberang Ulu II District within a radius of 2 Km and 2-5 Km, while in Sukarami and Ilir Barat I sub-districts, the health facilities have not been able to cover the entire area. The results of the buffering analysis on HIV treatment facilities for areas with positive female cases showed the coverage of Ilir Timur I, Bukit Kecil, Seberang Ulu I and Alang-Alang Lebar sub-districts within a radius of 2 Km and 2-5 Km, while in Sukarami and Ilir Barat I sub-districts, the health facilities have not been able to cover the entire area. Meanwhile, in Plaju District, which does not have a health facility for HIV treatment, The Health Center located in Jakabaring covers part of the Plaju area. Good cooperation and coordination needs to be carried out with good coordination with stakeholders to suppress the spread of HIV, especially to children and women, in order to expand access to health facilities and provide supporting facilities and infrastructure, so that easy access is realized in promoting, preventive and curative efforts.
