In Indonesia, the high number of stagnates remains an important health problem, one of which is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). According to WHO, it is known that up until 2017 Indonesia was the third rank for incidence of dengue fever in Southeast Asia, after Myanmar and Thailand. However, from 2018 to 2019 Indonesia occupied the second highest incidence of dengue fever in Southeast Asia. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the incidence of DHF in Indonesia. This study uses the Systematic Review method with inclusion criteria consisting of quantitative studies; population in the territory of Indonesia; patients with dengue disease; literature research in Indonesian & English language; journal type (case control, cohort, cross sectional) and skripsi/thesis; literature of research results in the period 2017-2021; and full text. The search process is then filtered and assessed using the JBI guidelines and the data is compiled in the form of an extraction table with the results presented using descriptive analysis techniques. A total of 21 literatures were studied systematically. The results showed that the presence of larvae (8 literatures or 72.7%), knowledge (9 literatures or 69.2%), behavior (7 literatures or 100%), water reservoirs (3 literatures or 75%), the application of PSN 3M (7 literatures or 100%), use of mosquito repellent (5 literatures or 71,4%), and clothes hanging (10 literatures or 76.9%) affect the incidence of dengue disease in Indonesia. From Seven variables studied there are behavioral factors and the application of PSN 3M that are the most influential in the occurrence of DHF disease while the factor of knowledge shows the factor with the smallest percentage but still has an effect on DHF disease. It is hoped that this research can increase public awareness of the importance of preventing dengue disease in Indonesia and implementing clean and healthy living in their daily lives.
