HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMITMEN DENGAN KEPERCAYAAN DALAM PACARAN JARAK JAUH PADA DEWASA BEKERJA
The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between commitment and trust in long-distance relationship in working adults. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a correlation between commitment and trust. The participants in this study were adults who were in a long-distance relationship in the age range of 18-40 years totaling 113 people. The methodology of sampling uses purposive sampling technique. The variables of trust and commitment in this study were measured using the modified standard scale proposed by Rempel, Holmes and Zanna (1985) and Rusbult, Martz and Agnew (1998). Hypothesis testing in this study was done by using Pearson's product moment correlation technique.
