This study aims to determine connection self-efficacy and burnout in hospital nurses in Indonesia. The hypothesis of this research is that there are connection self-efficacy against burnout. Respondents in this study were 219 active nurses working in hospitals in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is the burnout scale which refers to the burnout dimensions of Maslach and Leiter (2014) and the self-efficacy scale refers to the self-efficacy dimension of Loeb (2016).
