This study aims to describe organizational performance in Leasing Regional Property of Palembang City at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of South Sumatra Province. The background of this research is the decline in tenants in 2020 marked by only four rental objects which can result in a decrease in the original income of the province of South Sumatra. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques, documentation and interviews. The theory used to see organizational performance is the theory of organizational performance factors from Armstrong and Baron which consists of five dimensions, namely Personal factors, Leadership factors, Team factors, System factors, Contextual / Situational factors. The results showed that the results of the study showed that the performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of South Sumatra Province in leasing Regional Property was good, although it was not maximized on personal factors seen from the ASN commitment in asset control, so that the assets were used by irresponsible persons. Therefore, the performance in leasing Regional Property in Palembang City in 2020 only reached 33% seen from 12 rental objects, only 4 can be rented out. The results of this study recommend that in leasing, you must pay attention to the condition of the goods you want to rent, judging by whether or not the goods are ready to be rented by checking and controlling persons who use the land illegally and always provide socialization of the function of the goods before the tenant makes a rental application.
