Film "Rapor" is present as one of the creative films that presents the theme of social reality, namely a form of satire on the rampant cases of corruption, collusion and nepotism that involve a lot of people and their impact on a child. This study aims to find out how the audience perceives the corrupt behavior in the report card. This research is a type of qualitative research using the audience reception analysis method, in which the audience is seen as an active audience in perceiving the content of media messages using the perspective of the audience's background. According to Stuart Hall, there are three factors that influence audiences in interpreting corrupt behavior, namely: Framing of Knowledge, Infrastructure Technology, and Social Relations. The data of this study were obtained from primary data and the results of in-depth interviews conducted with informants who had watched the report card. The results showed that there were seven people in the dominant position, five people in the negotiating position and none in the opposition position.
