This research is entitled “Political Communication Strategy to Win Hj. Ratna Machmud and Hj. Suwarti in the election of Musi Rawas Regency in 2020. The purpose of this research is how the political communication strategy of winning Hj. Ratna Machmud and Hj. Suwarti in the 2020 elections of Musi Rawas Regency. The theory used in this research is Arifin Anwar's political communication strategy (2011). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection process was carried out using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The result of this research is that the political communication strategy carried out by the winning team of Hj. Ratna Machmud and Hj. Suwarti in the 2020 Musi Rawas Regency election has a well-known political figure and has a good track record, and has a large institution so that she can win the election in Musi Rawas Regency.
