This study aims to analyze the interest of Tiongkok towards their vaccine diplomacy activity with Indonesia by sending a foreign aid in health sector especially for Covid-19 vaccine. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative while the data collection technic was literature review. This research using the National Interest Concept by Donald E. Nuechterlein who sorts the interest into four dimensions. The result of this study indicate that Tiongkok has several interests in their vaccine diplomacy towards Indonesia according to the interest classification by Donald E. Nuechterlein which are Defense, Economy, World Order, and Ideology Keywords: Vaccine Diplomacy, National Interest, Tiongkok
