The current COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a decrease in visits to first level health services. Visits to the Alang-Alang Lebar Public Health Center decreased drastically compared to before, where in 2018 there were 25.057 visits, then in 2019 there were 433.547 visits and in 2020 only 6.120 visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the use of health services during the COVID-19 pandemic in the working area of the Alang-Alang Lebar Public Health Center. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. The sample amounted to 128 samples with cluster random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that 42,2% of the people in the working area of the Alang-Alang Lebar Public Health Center used health services at the Public Health Center. Bivariate analysis using chi-square showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value=0,048; PR=1,658; CI=1,014-2,709) and perceptions of health services during the COVID-19 pandemic (p-value=0,034; PR=1,621; CI=1,062-2,476) with the utilization of health services. It can be concluded that there is no relationship between age, education, occupation, ownership of health insurance, accessibility, and perception of illness with the utilization of health services. It is recommended that the Alang-Alang Lebar Health Center carry out socialization, publication, education related to COVID-19 and the application of health protocols at the Puskesmas as well as provide telemedicine services so that the community can continue to take advantage of health services in the current COVID-19 era.
