ANALISIS RISIKO MENGGUNAKAN METODE HAZOPS (HAZARD AND OPERABILITY STUDY) PADA TURBIN GAS PLTGU KERAMASAN PT. PLN (PERSERO) UPDK ULPL KERAMASAN
PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK ULPL Keramasan is one of the power plants in South Sumatra that produces 2x40 MW of power. Before generating electricity, it must go through several process stages, such as gas turbines, generators, HRSG and so on. Gas turbine is the initial stage to generate electricity. Work accidents and failures on gas turbines can threaten electricity production, workers, communities, companies and the environment, so it is necessary to carry out a risk analysis on the gas turbine work process using the HAZOPS (Hazard and Operability Study) method. The analysis using the HAZOPS method aims to determine the deviations that exist in the gas turbine, the cause of a deviation, the impact of the deviation, safety or control, the risk rating of the gas turbine and control recommendations. The results of the study found that high temperature, high pressure, low pressure, no flow, less flow and more flow are present in the gas turbine process. Losses from deviations can be felt by companies, workers, communities and the environment such as fires, unit trips and so on. Risk control on gas turbines by monitoring gas turbines and conducting regular inspections of gas turbines.
