This study aims to describe the application of disaster journalism and framing carried out by ANTV's Topik Terkini, especially on reporting on the crash of Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 on January 9, 2021, which killed 62 people. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, data collection techniques were carried out by searching online data on Topik ANTV Youtube channel and documentation, the documentation technique here was carried out by downloading, watching, and recording methods and then described and analyzed using framing analysis techniques from Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki with it's 4 framing structures, that is; syntatic, script, thematic, and rhetoric structures. The results of this study show that Topik Terkini in framing and implementing disaster journalism on the crash of Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 aircraft have followed journalistic rules and followed the regulations and abide with P3 & SPS, in constructing reports about the crash of Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 aircraft to build a good image of Topik Terkini. This is done by using a frame that highlights the government's efforts in dealing with the crash of Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 plane, in which Topik Terkini generally emphasizes the big role and responsibility of the government in disaster management. Nor does it display sadistic and sensitive images that can violate P3 & SPS. Keywords : Disaster Journalism, Framing, Sriwijaya Air SJ 182, Topik Terkini.
