The aim of this research was to know and prove how the relationship that happened between therapeutic communication towards satisfaction level of the patient at RSUD Siti Fatimah, South Sumatera Province. The independent variable of this research is therapeutic communication while the dependent variable is satisfaction level of the patient. The method used of this research was descriptive quantitative and explanative quantitative. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling and achieving until 50 respondents using questionnaire distribution, literature review, and observation. The result of this research show that therapeutic communication gaining the best category with the 94.86% of presentation, and satisfaction level of the patient gaining 91.46% of presentation reciprocally.
