IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN APLIKASI SISTEM KEUANGAN DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PADA PEMERINTAHAN DESA DI DESA TANJUNG PULE KECAMATAN INDRALAYA UTARA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
The research entitled "Implementation of Village Financial System Applications (SISKEUDES) in Improving Village Government Performance in Tanjung Pule Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency" is motivated by the provision of village funds to the village government, so accountability is the same as with other institutions that use state finances. To create an accountable, transparent, and participatory village financial management, a village financial system application was formed so that it could increase the capacity of the village government in accountability for village financial management. Not yet fully use the village financial system application, inadequate human resources and the internet network that is not yet available so that it affects the implementation of the village financial system application in Tanjung Pule village. The purpose of this study is to find out that the implementation of the village financial system application in improving the performance of village government in Tanjung Pule village has not run optimally. This study uses the George C. Edward III implementation model. This type of research is qualitative. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the village financial system application has not been implemented optimally, this is caused by several constraints on resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The suggestions recommended in this research are providing computer training for village officials, adding facilities such as internet network towers so that the implementation of the village financial system application runs optimally, then there are incentives outside of the monthly salary given to village officials then giving sanctions in the form of warning letters to work termination to village officials who do not comply with the rules.
