The purpose of this research to determine the physical quality of wafer complete ration based kumpai minyak grass by using different adhesive materials. This research conducted in the Laboratory of feed and Nutrition Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University and Laboratory of Nutrition and Feed Technology Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Bogor Agricultural University in three months from April until July 2014. This research used a completely randomized design consists of 3 treatments and 5 replicates with KC (complete ration wafer + 2% carrageenan), KG (complete ration wafer + 2% palm sugar), and KM (complete ration wafer + 2% molasses). Parameters that’s is used are water content, water activity, spesicfic gravity and density. Data was obse by variance analysis is according by the design that is used and if there is a real difference will be continued by LSD test.
