Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease that is still a public health problem in Indonesia. South Sumatra is one of the DHF endemic areas, with Lubuklinggau City has high DHF cases with the highest Case Fatality Rate (CFR) in 2020, which is 0.7%. Several risk factors that affect the incidence of DHF, such as rainfall, altitude, population density, and larva-free rate (ABJ). This study aims to determine the relationship between rainfall, altitude, population density, and ABJ in Lubuklinggau City in 2017-2021. The data was analyzed using spatial to see the spatial distribution using the overlay method, and correlation analysis was performed using Pearson product moment and Rank Spearman. The results of the spatial distribution showed that the high incidence of DHF was found in sub-districts with moderate rainfall (100-300 mm), medium altitude category (76-139 mdpl), high population density (> 200 people/ha), and low ABJ ( < 95%). The results of the correlation analysis show that there is no relationship between rainfall, and regional altitude (p value > 0.05) in Lubuklinggau City in 2017-2021 while population density has a correlation with DHF in 2021 (p = 0.012) and ABJ has a correlation in 2017, 2019, and 2021 (p = 0.002; 0.017; 0.001). It can be concluded that the highest incidence of DHF is found in areas with moderate rainfall (100-300 mm), dense population (> 200 people/ha), and low ABJ (95%), and that there is a statistical relationship between ABJ and DHF incidence in Lubuklinggau City. It is hoped that the community will be able to carry out mosquito nest eradication activities (PSN) independently and routinely, by doing 3M Plus and paying more attention to containers or puddles in the house and around the house.
