This research is entitled "Analysis of Budgeting for Basic Social Rehabilitation Activities for Abandoned Persons with Disabilities at the Social Service Office of Ogan Ilir Regency in 2021". This study aims to determine the budget preparation for basic social rehabilitation activities to provide clothing for neglected persons with disabilities at the Social Service Office of Ogan Ilir Regency managed. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses the theory of Mardiasmo regarding budgeting. The results of this study indicate that the budgeting for basic social rehabilitation activities for neglected persons with disabilities at the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency has not been good, this can be seen from the targeting of persons with disabilities who are assisted and the distribution of clothing assistance for assisted disabilities and the absence of transparency in preparing the budget. The recommended recommendation in this research is that the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency must apply the principle of transparency in preparing the budget, increase human resources that collect information on neglected persons with disabilities in Ogan Ilir Regency and make halfway houses for neglected persons with disabilities in Ogan Ilir Regency which are equipped with facilities. and infrastructure
