The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the non-cash assistance program for MSME actors in the city of Palembang, the background of this research was to see the impact of this non-cash assistance program on MSME actors who received assistance. So it is necessary to research the evaluation of the impact of the program of providing non-cash assistance to MSME actors in the city of Palembang using the William N. Dunn evaluation theory, based on this theory the indicators used to measure the impact of a program running well or not consisting of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, evenness, responsiveness, and accuracy. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of data analysis conducted in this study, the impact felt by MSME actors from providing non-cash assistance was effective, efficient, and appropriate, and MSME actors felt fulfilled with the assistance. However, in the implementation of non-cash assistance, the distribution is still lacking because the amount of assistance with the number of MSMEs in Palembang City is different which causes not all MSMEs to receive non-cash assistance, as a result, they have not been able to meet the leveling indicator standards. get help and some just want help but not according to the type of business. The results of this study recommend that the Palembang City Cooperatives and SMEs Office must collect data as a whole from the needs of MSME actors so that they can be assisted according to their production needs, and the Palembang City government pays more attention to MSMEs that are developing to be assisted in their development, while MSME actors must increase their potential. of their products for the better.
