ANALISIS BUDAYA KERJA DI PT. PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK PEMBANGKITAN SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN (UIKSBS
This study aims to describe and find out about the work culture at PT PLN (Persero) Southern Sumatra Generation Main Unit (UIKSBS). This research is motivated by the achievements that exist in PT PLN (Persero). The theory used in this study is based on the concept of work culture from Taliziduhu Ndraha in Doradjad. There are three indicators in work culture, namely habits, rules and values. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that there was already a work culture at PT PLN (Persero) Southern Sumatra Generation Main Unit (UIKSBS) and it was implemented well, as evidenced by: (1) The achievement of the results of the main tasks and functions based on the generation data and organizational performance values had been achieved and exceed the target, and employee discipline rules already exist and are adhered to by every employee, (2) There are already regulations regarding corporate culture that are applied and applicable sanctions that have been regulated in the employee discipline regulations, (3) There are values that are embraced and used as behavioral guidelines which have been understood by all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Southern Sumatra Power Generation Unit (UIKSBS). The suggestions in this study are to continue to maintain a good work culture optimally to continue to increase productivity so that organizational goals can continue to be achieved.
