This thesis is entitled "Implementation of Information Management and Documentation Officials (PPID) Activities in Realizing Public Information Openness in Ogan Ilir Regency". The formulation of the problem in this research is how to carry out the activities of the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) at the Statistics and Encoding Information and Communications Office in realizing public information disclosure in Ogan Ilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the activities of the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) at the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding in realizing public information disclosure in Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data. Data collection techniques in this study were by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the activities of the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) at the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding, Ogan Ilir Regency in the socialization process was still not optimal. In the process of providing PPID information at the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding, Ogan Ilir Regency, it has been said to be good in the process of providing information online but manually it is still not effective. The obstacles experienced are limited budget, lack of infrastructure and human resources.
