HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPUASAN KERJA DAN BURNOUT PADA GURU HONORER DI SEKOLAH NEGERI
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction on non-permanent teachers at public school. This study hypothesizes that there is a relationship between burnout and job satisfaction. The population of this study are the non-permanent teachers who work in public schools in Indonesia. The research sample was 200 poeple and for try out was 50 people. The sampling technique used was sampling purposive. Burnout is measured using a burnout scale compiled by reaserchers based on the dimensions proposed by Maslach and Leiter (1997), job satisfaction is measured using a job satisfaction scale which is also compiled by researchers based on aspects proposed by Luthans (2011).
