Parenting with good feeding will improve the quality of food consumed by children so that it will have an impact on the nurtritional statud of toddlers. To overcome stunting, it is necessary to have a role for health services such as posyandu as monitoring the health and development of toddlers. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between feeding and health care and the stunting incident in toddlers 6-59 month old. This is a quantitative study using the case control design. Data obtained using SPSS programs and performed univariate analysis, bivariate with a chi-square test. Sample in this study amounted to 70 children under five chosen by sampling techniques. A bivarious analysis suggests that there is a link between a mother's education (p = 0,049) and health care (p = 0,001) with genesis stunting. There is no link between infancy (p = 0,056), gender (p = 0,49), maternal work (p = 0,244), family income (p = 0.172), family income (p = 0,054) and the feeding pattern (p = 0,154). It is hoped that mother will increase their knowladge about parenting, feeding by seeking as much information as possible from various media and utilize health services to e used as an early detection of toddler growth and development.
