This research is motivated by the fact that there are still residents of the Mangga Besar village who do not know about the Prabuku Smart City application in Mangga Besar Village, Prabumulih City. It can be seen from the community that there are still people who carry out services manually by directly coming to the Disdukcapil without first going to the Village. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of online-based services through the Prabuku Smart City application in Prabumulih City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, for data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The discussion is directed to find out the actual facts in the implementation of services through the Prabuku Smart City application in Mangga Besar Village. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online-based services through the Prabuku Smart City application in the Mangga Besar sub-district is based on e-government theory which has three aspects, namely: support, capacity and value. Two aspects of support and capacity still need to be maximized in its implementation. For the value aspect, it has been implemented well by the Mangga Besar sub-district, Prabumulih City.
