This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program and the obstacles faced in Muaro Jambi Regency, using Daniel Stufflebeam's theory. Based on the theory used, it can see the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program, which consists of 4 dimensions, namely Context, Input, Process, Product. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the data analysis carried out, it resulted that the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program was running in accordance with the regulations and technical guidelines specified. However, there are problems in its implementation in the form of a lack of human resources to make the program a success, then a lack of enthusiasm from the community to participate in the program and targets that are not achieved. The results of this study recommend the Land Office of Muaro Jambi Regency to add employee personnel and start carrying out an inventory of facilities/infrastructure as well as conducting comparative studies as an independent evaluation.
