ANALISIS PENERIMAAN LAYANAN DIGITAL JKN (MOBILE JKN, CHIKA, DAN PANDAWA) DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The threat of the corona virus that attacks the respiratory system has made the Indonesian government take preventive and promotive steps to break the chain of transmission. Current technological developments are useful for reducing the spread of COVID-19. The Health Social Security Administration (BPJS) applies JKN digital services so that participants can get BPJS Health services from home without having to come to the office. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceptance of JKN digital services (Mobile JKN, CHIKA, and PANDAWA) in Palembang City using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. This study used a cross sectional design using 118 samples of JKN participants registered with BPJS Kesehatan Palembang Branch, especially Palembang City. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with the research location being carried out at the Palembang branch of BPJS Kesehatan. Analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis (chi-square test). The results of the bivariate study showed that there was a relationship between perceived usefulness (p-value = 0.00; PR = 2.793; 95% CI = 1.879-4.151), perceived convenience (p-value = 0.00; PR = 4.727; 95% CI = 2,694-8,294), attitude towards use (p-value = 0.00; PR = 2.348; 95% CI = 1.734-3.179), interest in using (p-value = 0.00; PR = 7.338; 95% CI = 3,675-14,653) on the actual use of JKN digital services. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the variables Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, and Behavioral Intention to Use on Actual Usage in Palembang city. There are suggestions that can be made for BPJS Health, namely socializing by collaborating with JKN stakeholders.
