HUBUNGAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN TINGKAT STRES PESERTA DIDIK SELAMA MASA PANDEMI
The impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are on every aspect of life, on of which is the implementation of learning methods. The changes have a psychological impact on students. This study aimis to determine the relationship between learning methods and student stress levels during the pandemic. It is a quatitative study with a Cross-sectional Correlayive design. Ninety-one participants were draw using the probability sampling method with a stratifies random sampling technique. The data were collected using an ESSA paper-based questionmaire distributet to respondents with offline learning methods and google forms-based questionnaire for respondents with the online learning process. The results showed that the p-value 0.012, which means there was a significant relationship between learning methods and the stress level of students during the pandemic. Based on analysis result of 91 respondents, there were differences in stress levels. Respondents who used offline learning methods had stress in low category. Furthermore, it is suggested that the stress experienced by students must be managed by doing the right coping mechanism so that it can have a positive impact.
