Malnutrition is one of the cases faced by the South Sudanese state. The trigger for the problem is due to the civil war between Sudan and South Sudan so that it has worsened various sectors of community life, especially in children in South Sudan. UNICEF as an international organization under the auspices of the United Nations is aimed at helping children in humanitarian problems in various sectors. The study aims to find out how the role of the United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF) in dealing with cases of malnutrition in children in South Sudan. This research uses the concept framework of IGOs (Inter-Goverenmental Organizations) The method used in this writing is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collected by authors through literature studies, online data searches, and documentation. As a result of this research with the IGO concept, UNICEF has performed the role of Instrument, through the Integrated Community Mobilisation Network program, the role of Arena, with UNICEF in collaboration with the government, UNICEF in collaboration with CMMB, UNICEF in collaboration with WFP and others and the role of Actor through the campaign distribution program.
