There are 398 articles related to keywords but only 10 consistently describe Guided Imagery. Results : Of the three cases managed, there were six nursing problems in cervical cancer patients. The main problem that patients often face is Chronic Pain. The final result of the nursing problem is that the complaints are partially resolved and completely resolved. The non-pharmacological intervention given to reduce pain is Guided Imagery therapy so that the results of pain decrease from a scale of 5 to a scale of 2 and the patient feels relaxed after being given Guided Imagery therapy. Discussion : The technique in doing Guided Imagery is to set a comfortable position on the client, with a soft voice asking the patient to think about things that are pleasant and can reduce pain. The time used in the implementation of Guided Imagery in adults is usually 10-30 minutes. Conclusion : By doing Guided Imagery, it is able to reduce the pain scale in cervical cancer patients and relax, freeing themselves from the stress felt by the sufferer.
