This study aims to determine the implementation of the Inspectorate's supervision on the Government's Internal Control System (SPIP) policy for Regional Apparatus Organizations in Palembang City. This research is motivated by the low application of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) for Regional Apparatus Organizations that can affect government performance, especially in the city of Palembang. The theory used in this research is the theory of Policy Implementation proposed by George C. Edward III. According to Edward, the success of public policy is influenced by four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Inspectorate's supervision on the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) policy for Regional Apparatus Organizations in Palembang City is influenced by aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Of the four aspects, there are several sub-aspects that have not been effectively carried out by the Palembang City Inspectorate when carrying out supervision. As for the suggestions in this study, it is hoped that the Palembang City Inspectorate can improve a more appropriate way of socializing to Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), especially during the covid-19 pandemic; expected to recruit employees who are experts in managing surveillance websites; can improve the quality of Human Resources supervision through education and training; and is expected to meet the lack of facilities in conducting supervision, especially SPIP
